Our humble little veterinary clinic, has some big news to share with our amazing community!
We’ve been dreaming of a bigger clinic for a while as we were simply outgrowing our current premises, as more clients chose to trust their animals in our care. With the price increase in real estate and rentals, our dream seemed to become more and more unfeasible. Yet, as we manifested a bigger clinic to spread our wings further, an opportunity presented itself that we could not turn down.
The unit next to ours became available, so we jumped at the opportunity, knocked a hole through the wall to connect the two units together, and spent weeks on renovations.
And so… we would like to announce our bigger and better clinic at our CURRENT location on Dudgeons Lane in the Bangalow industrial estate!
Not only do we have more space, but we also now have broader lab facilities with a wider range of in-house lab testing, a bigger surgery with better equipment, and better recovery suites too.
Specifically, we now boast:
- two consult rooms
- one big surgery room
- an x-ray room
- two “prep” rooms also known as “recovery suites”
- a spacious lab area
- a dog ward
- a cat ward
- an ICU area
- an insolation ward
- plenty more space for storage
With more space also comes more staff! We now have two vets on every day!
Mondays– Dr Lobke and Dr Kennedy
Tuesdays– Dr Lobke and Dr Georgia
Wednesdays– Dr Georgia and Dr Kennedy
Thursdays– Dr Kennedy and Dr Jamie (holistic consults only)
Fridays– Dr Kennedy, Dr Abbie and Dr Jamie (holistic consults only)
Our emergency clinic, North Coast Emergency Vets, is open every weekend from Friday 6pm to Monday 8am, and every public holiday.

In additional news, Bangalow Business Centre, where we are located, will soon have a Canine Rehab Centre called ‘Canine Howlistic Health’. They will be offering bowen therapy, hydrotherapy- using an underwater treadmill, laser therapy plus more therapeutic modalities still to come.
Watch this space as they are hoping to open their doors in late July- early August.
